What is the difference between a "Submitted Request" and an "Accepted Order"?

Understand these two stages within the client portal to track your requests and avoid duplicate submissions.

A "Request" refers to the information you have just submitted.

Upon submitting the form, you will receive a request ID. The request will then appear under "Submitted Requests" for staff review. At this stage, details regarding the route, address, package, and service must still be verified before the order is accepted.

Tracking orders after acceptance

Once CASGOO has accepted your request and linked it to an order, you can track it under the "Orders" section. Please note that the request ID and the order ID serve different purposes; when communicating with our staff, provide the specific ID currently displayed rather than just the name of the item.

Status reflects recorded progress

An order might not yet have a tracking number or could still be in the confirmation phase—this does not mean you need to resubmit the form. Please check the current status and reach out if you need clarification. Information is only updated once the corresponding operational step has been recorded in the system.

How do I make corrections or additions?

For a submitted request, keep the request ID and contact CASGOO to provide any additional information. Do not create a duplicate request just to update a phone number or a dimension. For orders that have already been accepted, any changes must be handled by our staff according to the appropriate procedure.

Tracking using filters

Use keywords, status, or date ranges to locate the correct order. In the request list, you can review the information you previously declared for verification. If you cannot find the order you are looking for, please check which account you are logged into and contact CASGOO, providing your request ID.
