Choose domestic express for deliveries within Vietnam and international express for overseas shipments. For pickup requests, provide the correct address, phone number and cargo-ready time so the team can check collection and delivery arrangements.

Declare product names, value, package counts, weights and dimensions before requesting a quote. Keep COD collection amounts separate from shipping charges. CASGOO confirms transit times, surcharges and acceptance conditions for the specific address and cargo; they are not the same for every route.
